Capabilities

Russo Precision has the capability of manufacturing various products ranging from concept and prototype to full scale production.
 
Our cold head machines have a wire diameter capacity from 3 mm (7/64") to 28.5 mm (1 1/8"). We manufacture parts using different grades of steel wire: 1008 to 1045, 10B21; A286 Stainless steel, aluminum and brass.
 
Our multi-spindle screw machines have a diameter capacity from 1.5 mm (1/16") to 66.7 mm (2 5/8"). We manufacture parts using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and plastic.
 
Our CNC milling machines have a X, Y, Z-axis travels 50"x28"x24". We manufacture parts using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and plastic.
 
Our CNC turning machine capacity 12" max diameter, 20" max length. Equipped with bar feeders up to 1-3/4" diameter X 144" length. We manufacture parts using steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and plastic.
 
In addition to the cold head, screw machine and CNC processes our diverse choice of equipment provides us the capacity for milling, drilling, broaching and centerless grinding. Our capacity to handle and provide secondary operations is a value-added service.
